A LODGE ATTRACTION is a one-off event that does not require any additional resources of the Lodge with the sole purpose of promoting members to attend for a special occasion. House Committee approval is required before it is confirmed on the Lodge calendar.
Example: A car show or boutique that coincides with a Sunday breakfast.
The SMALL EVENT PACKAGE is a limited version of the LARGE EVENT PACKAGE that requires no cover charge or ticket sales and only a few lines items to report. House Committee approval is still required before it is confirmed on the Lodge calendar.
Examples: PER BBQ, Veterans BBQ, Mac & Cheese Throw-down, or Chili Cook-off, etc.
The Large Event Package is submitted for annual Lodge events such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day BBQ, Father’s Day, 4th of July, etc. and require a full P & L estimate and final report.
