The Veterans Committee Breakfast held on October 7 was an enjoyable event for all. Starting with the colors presented by Girl Scout Troop 2352 Ladera Ranch, to the wonderful band, THE WEST COAST COOKERS (all veterans who volunteered their time for this event). Veterans enjoyed the fantastic breakfast served by the kitchen crew headed by Pam and Ed Mackey. Raffles were sold and prizes were gift baskets and gift cards. No one can do a job alone, so a BIG thank you to the band, the girl scouts, our raffle donators, and the volunteers; Barbara King, Brenda Rehnke, Sandy and Jack Jacobs, Alan Harkness, Linda Cimmarusti, Carol and Lloyd Bryan, Margie Paul, Gail Patti, Monique Goetz, Jim Humphrey, Sven Akesson, Pam and Ed Mackey, Jerrie and Katie Muir, Jana, Jason, and Michael Holstein, Gail Fasi Rosemary and Paul Miller, Lucky Walch, Jamie Camunas, and Carole Purcell. And a very special thanks to Judy and Mike Klinger who were there for me every step of the way. The Veterans thank you.
